Uterine smooth muscle tumor of uncertain malignant potential (STUMP) is a rare belonging to group that possess both benign and features, complicating the diagnosis. STUMP uterine with paucity literature available regarding management subsequent potential. A 22-year-old unmarried lady presented as fibroids 24 weeks size uterus. There was one intramural another subserosal mass which revealed in histopathology.
